From its inception in 1996, Guardian Staff Safety Systems is now recognised as one of the leading providers of Staff Safety and Protection Systems in the UK and European market place. It has become the preferred choice of several Government Departments and is widely used by NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers.

The Guardian Staff Protection System has a wide customer base and range of applications that include Hospitals, Mental Health Units, Primary Care Centres, GP Surgeries, Airports, Courtrooms, Job Centres, Bail Hostels and Schools.

Guardian operates a policy of continual product development and the systems we provide incorporate many unique features which we believe provide a safer environment for staff who depend on an effective and reliable system for their safety and wellbeing.

How has this been achieved?
The answer is simple – we listen to our customers. Our development program is driven by a combination of the continuing advances in communications technology and our customers needs.

Many of the features which a Guardian system provides were incorporated in response to comments and requests from either existing or potential customers, who have encountered specific problems or issues requiring new solutions. Several additional innovative features are currently being developed and will be launched during 2008.

In a hostile working environment where lives are potentially at risk, there can be no compromise. Guardian are committed to providing the best and most reliable staff protection and safety system possible.

Guardian Staff Safety Systems sells it products and services in two ways:-

•  Through authorised and approved distributors and installers who are able to provide a local support and service facility and,

•  Direct to major and government organisations, NHS Trusts and companies who operate across the UK .

Following installation, handover and end user staff training, for Guardian that is not the end of the story. A comprehensive UK wide service facility is also available. Service and Maintenance contracts are tailored to meet the clients needs. A 24/7 telephone contact line and help desk is available to all our Service customers, along with the availability of “on call” service engineers, with response times negotiated to meet the clients needs.

In 2008 Guardian will be expanding its export activities from a very strong and successful UK base.
